Henri Coanda is a location with a 115.9 hectare area, in the North side of Bucharest. The land is divided in two areas, one in Sector 1, Bucharest and one in Voluntari, Ilfov County.

The project provides for the construction of 1.109 mortgage financed dwellings, as follows: 522 houses in Sector 1, Bucharest and 587 houses in Voluntari. The dwellings have total areas between 120 sqm and 340 sqm and are endowed with courtyards, terraces, garage or parking places. In this location NHA is also building11 blocks (121 flats, 1-5 rooms), also mortgage financed.
